Re: [diesel_mercedes] Re: Tiny Chunks In Fuel

Stanadyne fuel water seperator, bought at Napa, uses wix#33166 filter.I have primary,to electric fuel boost pump, the Stanadyne, then to regular stock filter.I ran wvo for a while, but like the idea of a seperator for Biodiesel. The electric pump gives V8 performance up mountains.Mercedessource carrys same filter.Same price as Napa.

What is an "FM100". Inline, spin-on with a mount or ?

Do you have it installed after the pre-filter and before the stock
main filter?

brass inserts from germany. But saw how some flakes made it pass the
filter. Now I only use purolator primary filters.Nothing but micro
junk gets passed it,and my FM100 5 micron stops those dead.My stock
secondary never gets dirty now.
