My pale yellow, w/ tan leather seats 300D is now just taking up space in my garage, my Millie cannot drive anymore, we are the second owners, always garage kept. Has 195 K since new, need some minor repairs, hoses etc. Nice interior, upgraded with MB mag wheels an Cooper premium tires.
Hate to sell it, has been the best of cars for the past six years at our lake home in Central Texas, wonderful for bombing around the Texas Hill Country, where especially the local German Texans always ask if its for sale. I get notes on my windshield asking to buy it. Its a clean, no dents, rust, or wreck damage, so its a nice buy for someone.
Problem is, I don't have a clue what to ask for it. Great miles per gallon since its Non Turbo, an four speed automatic. Drove it in a parade in Brenham Texas with the sun roof open, got lots of nice comments then too.
We are moving into a Seniors Apartment, an will hate to park it outside, in the weather, no doubt will end up with parking lots dents, especially in a Seniors parking area.
Any suggestions from the group, I have been here for years, mostly just a lurker, but learned a lot from you guys an gals.
