QUIETLY ~ if it squeals or shrieks , it's kaput .
DO NOT run it longer than a second or two unless you're pumping fuel through it ! .
If you clean around the connectors really well , one will be marked " 31 " ~ that's the brown ground wire .
T'other should be marked " 15 " that's the 12 V + terminal .

Yep, if you remove the pump and hard-wire to a 12V DC source, it should spin, if it's any good.

I thought that maybe taking that pump out might unseize it a bit. But would the pump run when jumped to the battery without the relay in (hooked up directly to the battery).
I would think it would.
