A this is a no whining zone .

I had a 1976 504 four door sedan , it was of course , a typical crazy French car but , it was also a very nice car in spite of bad paint .

It seems they decided (ah those French , who knows ?) that in spite of the extra cost and complexity , they'd use _TWO_ separate carbys on a tiny four cylinder engine instead of a 2 bBarrel carby like the rest of the World...

Naturally one carby siezed throwing everything out of kilter , I was lucky and found an identical car in Brian's favorite Pick-A-Part in PO_mona & bought the carby and it's *special* (only fits one year of a low poduction Foreigin car) cable , installed it and all was well , it ran and drove perfectly , the seats were more comfy then _Mercedes_ seats if you can believe that , I'd paid $125.00 for it and sold it to two Mexican Sisters who were broke & foolish , they loved it to death and took almost three years to kill it by total neglect .

IIRC , it never missed a beat but they ran it out of oil .
