[diesel_mercedes] Re: A Good Day Out

I hear you ~

In the pre release area was an elderly Mercedes Sedan , a Fintail , it's hood was up and it had a grille badge on it , I surely wanted that badge but they don't allow me back there , Tom suggested I woo they yard apes as they know and seem to like me but I was bushed and we still had other works to do so I left it alone .

This tiny yard is the same one where I scored two other hood badges my Coupe still wears one of , lotsa small things too ~ they no longer get in many W-123's (no one does) but it's close by SWMBO's place so I hit it often and early .

They have a '91 Toyletta Camry for sale there I'm pretty sure we'll but for our College bound Foster boy , even it's AC works .

I'm hoping to swap out the turbo Thursday , we'll see .

I also got another spare air cleaner 'T' bracket as they still occasionally break on my car , Tom says I shouldn't drive it so hard & fast but what does he know  . they're cheap so I'll just keep replacing them  .

Tom gathered up a bunch of Mercedes toolkit tools and also paid only $6 , the deal of the day for sure .
