I don't know what a ' seized up clutch ' is.......
If it hadn't been sitting for TWO YEARS , you could start it up and see how the engine runs then start it in first gear to at least see if it's drivable , a good GearHead could drive it through all four gears & ascertain the tranny wasn't blown up .
I'd say this is a $250 Pig-In-A-Poke deal , if you're Mechanically inclined and don't mind dumping $1,000 & much skin into it , go for it .
Otherwise , buy the next $1,000 that pops up , they're all over the place .
