[diesel_mercedes] Quarter Mile Drag Technique Suggestions

 

Will I get better quarter mile time if I allow my transmission to shift me up through the time event or would I be quicker if I shift up through the gears manually.

Also, perhaps a recommendation on the best slicks to use?
