[diesel_mercedes] fuel injection delivery valve question. PLEASE HELP

 

Hello All

I am changing the o-rings on my wife's 1986 300SDL.
The valves are held in place with torx bolts.
One has a stripped head.

My plan is to grind it off with the sand paper drum tool on my Dremmel
and replace it with a hex bolt.

Is this a bad idea? Is there a better way to do it?
I have already tried to use vice grips to get the torx bolt out.
