yeah, I don't know........thing is, it shows no thought regarding
consequences of actions, long or short term.
I'd worry you get weather sealing via caulking instead of flashing, and
things like that.

Just bein' cautious.........

He seemed a kindly old man who meant well and was just out of his depth here

I don't think I'll be using him for the final job unless the tech stuff I'm
reading , says it's an O.K. to do DIY job as he seems interested in doing
good work and came to me highly recommended .

We'll see .
