Step 3 73 (100)
Cylinder Head (12-Point Head Bolts) (1) (2)
Step 1 30 (40)
Step 2 51 (70)
Step 3 Tighten cyl. head bolts 1/4 turn (90°angle)
Step 4 Tighten cyl. head bolts 1/4 turn (90°angle)
Rocker Arm Support Bolts 29 (39)
Prechamber in Cyl. Head 108-130 (157-177)
Nozzle Holder in Prechamber 51-58 (69-79)
Glow Plugs 36 (49)
Connecting Rod Caps
Step 1 28-36 (40-50)
Step 2 Tighten nuts an additional 90-100°angle
Main Bearing Caps 65 (88)
Crankshaft Front Hex Bolt 195-239 (265-325)
Camshaft Sprocket Bolt 58 (79)
(1) Setting time between steps 2 & 3 is 10 minutes.
(2) Following area the dimensions of the double hex cylinder head bolts (M 12): new = 104 max length = 105.5; new = 119 max length = 120.5; new = 144 max length = 145.0

Turbo blows 13psi and that is close to the upper limit of 13.25.

One remaining issue: I could never find the proper torque for the 3 little allen head head bolts and apparently did not torque them sufficiently as I have a leak between the head and the block at the back side of the little cul de sac that houses the chain. One is under the cruise control (which I am now glad I did not reinstall) and the other two are under the valve cover on the inside of the front facing portion of the head.

Does any one know the torque for the little head bolts
