BTW : it turns out the new URO brand fan is fine , not blowing the HVAC fuse , the auxiliary water pump was doing that .
I just don't like it so it's yours .

The 12V oscillating fans I got at Walmart sure help with air movement. I clip mine on the passenger hand grab, blows right on my head, way better than nothing and the car car fan. Could easily rig for the back seat somewhere. Still pretty cool up here. Max
