Dean – All connections clean. Ground from battery, etc. All the cables, terminals should not
have any frayed ends, etc. No rust, corrosion where the grounds connect. Use the
electrical dielectric grease. Same stuff for spark plug ends.

Well, charged up and started the car. Still no charge. It seemed prety simple, I don't think I could have put the voltage regulator in wrong.
