$1800 to rebuild the transmission. Now this is really a choice between a frying pan and the fire. I really like the car, which is possibly worth $1800 on a good day. But I bought my wifes car (Martha) for $1800 - and that was for the whole car. It was more than a B2 piston replacement. Comments appreciated. brian
