[diesel_mercedes] Re : Repairing your trim

Well Bogy ;

My 42 Y.O. Light Duty Chevrolet pickup truck runs sweet as can be ~ as the engines is worn out the exhaust fumes are killing me but it still gets up asd runs well and 20 + MPG is nice too .

However , you're correct , a re - purposed Mercedes Diesel car would make a very nice Shop Truck indeed ~ especially a clean old W126 - L

But looks don't matter much to me. I'm in this for the boringly reliable-ness of these rigs. It's like the lady at the recycler once told me - "You use that thing like it was a truck.". That said, there is certainly no american truck that will run this well when/if it lives to be thirty+ years old.
