Assuming you're working on a Becker....

There can be a multitude of plugs but the only one you really need is the four pin one with one pin slightly offset .

That offset pin it the 12 V + connection , typically black , it runs the radio .

The red wire is the always live 12 V + connection for the clock and preset memory .

The gray wire is the illumination wire , comes on with the dash lights .

The yellow wire it the power antenna signal wire ~ it kicks the antenna , _DO_NOT_ use it to _power_ and antenna ! .

The ground is connected to the radio's chassis and should be brown .

The speaker wire require cute little polarized plugs and will be green and black , Brian should be able to find you sone with 4" of leads .

The other plugs are for amplifiers used in W-126's .
