Cars out West are so plentiful a used car isn't worth much. Supply and demand.
Many a beautiful body goes to the junk yard because a transmission or engine is
gone. If you have a good power train the best way to fix a rusty body is to get
one from somewhere in the rust free zone of the West and install your good parts
in it. Coastal cars do rust here so buyer beware. Lawrence Rhodes....
