That's a door handle repair and I have to replace the latch proper .
It turns out that forgetting the new (used) latch 30 + miles away doesn't help the job go any easier and , once you have both rear doors apart and in tiny pieces all over the rear foot wells , is _not_ the best time to discover the big bundle of N.O.S. vacuum chambers you've been dragging 'round in the trunk for several years , is no longer there , not in the Coupe's trunk , nor your truck , nor anywhere in your garage , house etc........
*SIGH* .
In the end , I just ordered up another new vacuum chamber but by the time it arrived at the Parthaus , I was miles away so I'll attack it again to - day .
