Gonna go check the stick again. Maybe by some miracle it'll show something. I moved the car at least an hour ago.
I've been out of work since June and I really want to get back to having a life. If I cancel the interview I doubt they'd understand. Not that I want to be a waitress again, at the age of 51, but it's a job...and at a very high end restaurant where I've been told I can bring home $100-$300 a night in tips. From the prices I saw on the menu that's about right.
Kevin won't be home till tomorrow night so I'm stuck.
I'm mad at myself because I was right next to WM yesterday, but I was HOT, tired, starved, cranky and just wanted to get home to some a/c and food. It's the first time I've run out of oil in my trunk. I usually keep a FULL jug 5.25 qts in there PLUS the one I'm using from. Darn!

Got an emergency oil question on my MB. I put the last 2 qts of oil in, nothing showing on dip stick, but pressure gauge was fine. Town is 10 miles...I have a 2nd job interview later today that I really, really need to get to.
I know in the past I've been told on here that if the gauge shows pressure I'm OK.
Would YOU drive the ten miles to town?
