Well it sure was the way I tried it ;) Fluid drippin n splashin. I had about 9 seconds of freaking out and then I remembered to enjoy the "ride" (and learn)

Hopefully I'll get to this tomorrow after I get the car back from the shop (v-belts, driveshaft securing).
