MB fluid is low silicate,and not harmful to aluminum.However plenty after market brands do the same.

So, speaking of anti freeze, would someone please tell me again why we need to use MB anti freeze, the orange stuff? It's time to test or change for me, and I've never used anything but green stuff. I've had MB diesel since 1976. So why should we use orange stuff? Max
