Its the same but more civil service and new contractors I'm in The janitorial and paper supply company but it is tough. So many regulations and purchasing requirements that they don't spend alot of money locally. But the housing and apartment complexes are money makers with military and border protection. Soon the end it keeps Del Rio going not to forget Lake Amistad
