Rebuilt R4 AC Compressors are only $25 or so less than new and they're _SHYTE_ ~ 100 % CRAPOLA .
If you buy a ' rebuilt ' , no whining later after it grenades and fills the ENTIRE AC system with oils nasty ground metal flakes and chips that'll take a serious flushing to get out again .
YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED .
Oh yeah ~ find & use , " ESTER OIL " ~ that's a brand name for the good stuff .
