[diesel_mercedes] Why does my fool '84 300D (4drW123) heater not work ..?

 

Why does my fool '84 300D (4drW123) heater not work .... I have replaced the push-button dash module, and am waiting for any advice on the sized-right blower fan. ...have checked and replaced the #8 blue fuse.
any experienced suggestions
