I remember seeing all manner of interesting machines discarded in the 1960's .
I took a 300 mile drive in the mountains in my 240D yesterday with the missus and two Foster boys in tow, we were heading back home and in the fast lane of the jam packed i-405 freeway when the transmssion died with a loud !BANG! ~ I barely made it to the break down lane coasting...
