O.K., as long as the glass is out, consider measuring / tracing the upper and lower pinchwelds, if they're close or the same you should be able to find the upper pinchweld locally in a junkyard, lop the roof off with a sawzall and use that for new metal....

I'm glad I pulled the window to stop and fix it. I hate I pulled the window because now it sits in the garage....
