Sounds pretty good to me Brian ;

I wonder if there's some local College or Building Trade School that might be of help in building an affordable garage ? .

Consider buying the door seals from The Classic Center, they'll fit better out of the bag and outlast any aftermarket crap .

1.  Using more white (winter) Diesel Kleen for anti-gel properties, instead of gray (summer) stuff.
2.  Bought a trickle battery charger which I did not need down south, but which is handy up here.
3.  Got my new roller tool chest installed so I could consolidate 5 or 6 miscellaneous tool boxes for the first time in 10 years. Had so many duplicates I started a basic tool box for my 14 year old grandson.
4.  Finally decided to tackle flaking breaking insulation around the doors to cut down on cold air drafts.
5.  Many months ago, I replaced glow plugs in #1, #3, and #4 cylinders in Martha. It is time to go back and do #2 and #5 before Christmas.
6.  Time to go back and inventory 3 large buckets of parts so I don't reorder things I already have.
7.  Am missing all the PAP's in southern Calif.  Did not realize what a privilege it was to have 10 or more within driving distance. I am particularly sad that when I saw that 1983 tan w123 in Ontario, I did not take the whole car and stash it somewhere.
8.  I need a heated 30' x 50' building with lifts to work in.
9.  It is true - no one will ever take as good care of your old car as you will.
10.  On the 2018 horizon:  Mary will get new front & rear suspension plus shocks all around. Martha will get her rear end fixed (new deck lid, panels, and light fixtures. I am sure my social security increase will fund everything.
