Re: [diesel_mercedes] MORE TOOLS !

I picked up another Diesel, so I may need a fresh set of specialty tools, and join more e-groups/ forums.

'97 Ford 7.3 Powerstroke TD 4x4 Sportsmobile for camping. E350 chassis (Sprinter van versions seemed like crazy money)

(Kinda new, only 20yrs old, yet pre-smog test)

Drove it 250 miles home yesterday. Well taken care of, not a hiccup. After changing all the fluids et al, we'll take it out to the desert or something.

My MB 300D is still my daily driver, going on 12 1/2 yrs.

No problem max ~ just go buy and old VW Beetle and you'll be using the 17MM allen wrench .

For a moment there it sounded like you were complaining about buying more tools ! .

If that was so we'd have to yank your Man Card .

My 2 cars have a 17mm and a 19mm allen plug. I put block heaters in both so I had to buy these giant allen wrenches, only used each one once. Max
