It's not one those switches, and after reading through the forums, I'm not sure that I need it at all.
That "Switchover valve" controls the "Air recirculating valve" on the turbo which allows more exhaust gases from the EGR to mix in at certain speeds/ pressures.
I don't think my EGR lets any gases out, so maybe I'll just not worry about it. I'll read a bit more.
