I too am struggling with a loping issue , how did you diagnose the specific cylinder ? .

At least I think it does. It still has a lope and it is still the #4 hole. But with very even compression and injector swapping not moving the problem, I have no choice but to look at the pump. So does anyone here have a known good working injection pump for a 1980 240D for sale.
