Re: your list for pricey you left off Ecklers. They do have a good catalog though. I had a major problem a while back with Parts Geek. They had shipped me the wrong parts and there was no way to connect with them directly. Their website said to email them and they would respond in a day or two. Since I was working on a customer's car which I had a specific time frame to complete, this was unacceptable. They had no telephone number on their website. I did some chasing and found a number for them but all I got was an answering machine. I ordered parts from another source and finally returned the parts to Parts Geek. But still only with email contact. I would strongly recommend eeuroparts.com. They have good phone contact provision, rational prices, even to the point of giving me their shipping rates for core returns. They also support enthusiast events. This is an east coast warehouse in Connecticut
