If so , the CC box up under the dash board is almost certainly bad , try to find a cheap or free used one to test with then mail it off fo rebuilt exchange .

1980 300TD Stalk was broke but I could set using the broken off stalk but on hills it would dump then it started to dump on flats. Now it won't work. What do you check first?
