As soon as you read " moving over seas " get ready to be ripped off .

CHECK THE TITLE and match it to the seller's ID ! .

Usually these will offer it to you sight unseen , you only needs send them some money , off shore of course because ' I already shipped out ' or other similar BULLCRAP .

Looks like a good deal *if* it's legit .
