That is when I started carrying 6-10 filters in my two cars. Every now and then you get a bad load of diesel and the fuel flow gets diminished. My experience happened when I was a relatively new diesel owner and coming over Kellog Hill from Covina at midnight. Did not have a clue what was going on so I exited at Cal Poly U. and either called my wife or limped home (can't remember). Transitioning from being a gas guy to a diesel guy has been fun.
