The problems with both your turn signals and your hazard lights are almost certainly due to dirty contacts in the hazard switch. And if only one of the windows is not working, then, again, it's most likely the switch. Located as they are in the console between the seats, they attract dirt and grime like Beverly Hills attracts plastic surgeons. The good news is that these switches are both old and German, so they can be disassembled, cleaned and lubricated with a good quality spray contact cleaner/lubricant, re-assembled and re-installed. For the cleaner, I like CAIG's Deoxit, available at many guitar/musician stores, or high end audio/home theatre retailers. Or use the stuff Radio Shack sells. Once treated, the switches should last another 30-years or so....
