He neglected to point out that the metal sleeves in the rubber flex disc are off set and have depressions they're critical to fit into and no , you cannot just tighten them Willy-Nilly and ASS-U-ME they'll slip into place .
Also , he let off a washer when re assembling and didn't change BOTH flex discs , they wear in pairs .
When installing things with a round of fasteners , insert then hand snug up all of them first , then go 'round and round doing the final tightening .
This is still a good video as it shows it's not a terribly difficult DIY job .
JACK AND SAFETY BLOCK THE CAR ! . cement blocks , piles of logs or old wheels stacked up WILL KILL YOU ! .

I'm glad it'll be an easy fix (relatively).
I've known there's a right way and a wrong way to install these things, but every time the job's come up, I've been unable to remember exactly which way it should go. I guess I've been lucky so far, too....
