[diesel_mercedes] Ceramic brake pads-anyone using them?

Hi,

I pulled a wheel to check my brake pads, as the mileage was getting there, and yes they're almost worn out. They're at the stage just before the light comes on. I'm thinking about trying some ceramic pads; is anyone using Ceramic brake pads? If so, what's your experience, same as OEM pads, just less dust? Are most ceramic pads about the same, or do you need a certain brand?
