Sorry, I am on the east coast (seacoast of NH), also looking for sources and cant help you, but I am wondering what happened to your source.

Most of mine dired up for 2 reasons, the biggest is that the comercial companies priced me out of the game, making it not worth the time and effort to collect, filter, and still save a couple pennies on diesel.

The other has been slower business and longer change intervals on the restrants part to save some money on oil.
