Nate will reply with the p/n - you can go to autohausAZ and see pics. Search for muffler hangers or such. I have used coat hanger sections for emergencies. And, I carry a couple in my car "just in case" having dropped my muffler once upon a time on a Palm Springs speed bump. I give the cheap rubber donuts 1-2 years. Maybe today will be my change out day. ps-last time I ordered the good ones from autohaus, they were back ordered. They are just rubberized with a bicycle chain embedded, and a PIA to get on. Use soapy water, good screwdriver, and be patient.

Subject: [diesel_mercedes] Exhaust Hangers...seeking the RIGHT ones
Hey all, yesterday I noticed that my 2 rubber exhaust donuts were both broken...having been replaced last November. So clearly I got the cheapies. Anyone know the p/n on the GOOD ones, or who has good deals on them etc etc?
And...is it usual for the cheap ones to not even last a year? I don't drive often...but it's a hot dry climate out here...and the place I go to do sweat lodge is on a bumpy dirt road. Just curious.
Thanks!
