Don't know how you have it rigged but if you tighten clamps and everything above the filter your problem should go away. Make sure the big filter is tight, too. I think the return is a separate system, doubt if it would cause the problem. I rerouted my return to avoid the banjo. Took the banjo out altogether. You can plug that banjo bolt hole with a 20 mm bolt (I think it's 20 mm but check my math on that) but you need the right thread pitch, too. I got mine at NAPA, they had it in the store in stock no problem. Matched it up with that hollow banjo bolt and it works fine. Never understood why return went through that banjo bolt anyway...
