It's taken me about 10 minutes of demonstration time to prove that they aren't high beams. This, of course, is in a town renowned for it's over the top traffic enforcement.
Try some Euro Lights , they make the fog lights look better , or replace your late amber fog lamps with early , '77 ~ '80 clear ones , cheap in most junkyards , I threw mine away because I like the yellow lamps , they're purpose driven .
