My 1982 300cd is kind of weird with the door closure thing. Sometimes I think it is because the car is so tight that one of the doors takes some effort to fully close. Other times, I wonder if I have something slightly out of adjustment.
If I roll down one of my windows slightly I find that my doors almost always close better.
