The young man I bought it from just changed the fuel filters & line. I have the original paperwork from day one on the car. Got very lucky. Thank you very much for the advice.

schedule, change both fuel filters now. Do a search at "diesel giant"
or some other diesel site for instructions. It's relatively easy but if
you do not purge the filters properly, you will have air in the
injection system and have a very very difficult time starting the car.
