I keep telling you alls : German cars are designed & built so you can take them further apart than they supply parts for....
The only fly in this particular story ointment is : it's a simple thing to separate all the various vacuum systems so you can test the tranny's shifting .
If he doesn't know this basic thing , I wonder .
He prolly does but wants to keep you amazed & impressed when he fixes it .
