Ben ;
Fist : CONGRATS ! .
I you look up " Citric Acid Coolant Flush " you'll find my DIY How-To , it's prolly also in the files section of the home page .
Be SURE to use ONLY distilled water , NOT tap water ! .
Allow it to work , drive it so it circulates well , I'd leave the windows down and the defrost on high to ensure it cleans the heater core too as the Mercedes heater core is a sediment trap .
Don't be too surprised if the mix turns dead black .
Or if it needs multiple cleanings before it stays clear distilled water for a day or 50 miles at the very least , then it's ready for the final dump and coolant fill .
