[diesel_mercedes] Dextron VI Valvoline. How long. in a 240D?

 

I heard from a mechanic in San Diego that he let a tranny with Ames Oil fluid go
100k. I'm using Valvoline Dextron VI full synthetic. Has anyone gone the extra
mile with this fluid. How far could I go safely? Normal fluid is 30 to 35k I
think. Lawrence Rhodes.....
