[diesel_mercedes] Steam Clean

 

I am so excited. I had my bottom washed today. Actually, it was Mary's bottom and they called it a Chassis Wash. But, it really was just a steam cleaning at the car wash at San Gabriel Blvd. and Mission Ave. If my car ever tips over on the freeway (saw one this morning), I will not have to be embarrassed because I can see original metal again. Clean enough to eat on. Well, of course it was steam cleaned so I can crawl under the car and push, pull, wiggle, and move parts to see what needs fixing.

BTW, that happened after I stopped at the Monrovia PAP and saw two pretty nice yellow w116's (one gas, one diesel)- the exteriors were nice (fenders, doors, hoods, all that stuff). Typical w126's, no w123's, no TD's, and a nice 220 not yet out in the yard.
