My 190 D always got 30mpg. I never knew anything about the b models, except they looked the same. The 180D got better fuel mileage. They had a push rod engine and was the loudest thing I ever heard. It sounded like pieces of motor were gonna come flying tru the hood at any second. I always wanted one of those. Max
