Subject: Tour ready: 1979 280CE 49k miles!

Greetings!

Our rare 280CE is not quite a new arrival but is ready to go after a careful and comprehensive preparation. I estimate that less than 400 gasoline 123 coupes were imported to the US in 1979.

This car has been pampered its entire life by the original owner and her family. Daily usable and an established Mercedes Young Classic, this 280CE looks and behaves the way Mercedes-Benz intended when they constructed it in June 1979.

It ha to be said reclocking the starter is easier than reclocking the car.

This is GREAT ! .

A simple re design makes it easier to make fit a myriad of different applications and I see it comes with a relay switch added to the top so it'll work with crispy old mangled wiring making this a true Problem Solver .

These starters should work on our cars, as long as we drop semi engines in.
