I do not have a manual. It does look like the one on ebay but the one on ebay is missing some parts. Mine is all there, just dirty. I soaked it in purple cleaner degreaser and it's now air drying.

You don't clean it , you replace it , they're cheap , maybe $5 each , buy two .
