No. Luckily, I had room to get more diesel in, so it was running high percentage for only about 30 miles. It barely started, and smoked and chugged. With the ratio down to about 30%, it still smoked lightly, started with some effort and misfired. I added a half quart of motor oil to counteract the lowered lubricity and put up with it for almost two weeks while I drove her down to below half a tank. I am thinking I have perhaps 10% now.
It runs far smoother than ever right now, Running gasoline certainly was a dangerous mistake, but I am thinking that it might have cleaned out coked up precombustion chambers.
As far as fungus goes, mine was moderately infected when I got it last year. After treatments with several brands, my last one was a Schaeffer product, which appeared to put the coup de gras on it. My filters were looking pretty good until the gasoline fiasco. Now they are completely black again. Hopefully I dissolved the remainders from the tank. My fuel sending unit was so clogged that the drain hole would not let the fuel out and my gauge would not go down. I ran out of fuel one day with an indicated 1/2 tank! After cleaning it, it behave a little better, but was still jumpy. The more I drive it, the better it acts.

Could be the gasoline cleaned out a pre-chamber, or cleared up an injector spray pattern, or freed up some gummy rings, or cleaned off some valves.... Or any combination of the above.
